Parents are Jack and Gretchen (Pohlson) Chambers in Louisville, KY. Survivors include a brother Drew (and Ruth) Chambers of Clinton, IA. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Steven was a graduate of Ottumwa High School in 1961. He later received a B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix. He retired from International Telephone & Telegraph.
There will be no visitation, funeral or memorials.
