Loving wife, mother and grandmother passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 83 on March 20, 2014, the first day of spring. Priscilla was born on Aug. 16, 1930 in Mt. Airy, NC. She married John W. Harris (Jack) on Aug. 8, 1953 in Washington D.C. They had 2 sons. Early in their marriage they lived in Belfast, Ireland and in Cape Town, South Africa.
She was a graduate of the Capital City School of Nursing in Washington, D.C. She loved reading, the theater, swimming, traveling and the ocean.
She is survived by her husband Jack, and 2 children: John (Phuntsog) Harris, and Patrick Harris (Anne), and 3 grandchildren Theresa Wangmo, Ryan and Amanda Harris.
The family would like to thank Lisa, R.N. and the rest of the professionals at Millcreek Home Health and Hospice for all the excellent care provided to Priscilla. Thanks also to Irene.
