Maria Rosa Ibanez-Lasater Age.66 passed away on March 18, 2026 in Salt Lake City Utah. She was born on September 17, 1959 in Buenos Aires, Argentina to parents Annabel Villagra and Eduardo Battistella. She married Michael Dewayne Lasater on January 5, 2009.

Maria was a deeply creative soul - a writer, an artist, a mother, and a grandmother. She had a gift for Storytelling, especially through the Children's stories. she loved to write, and her artwork had a way of bringing people to life on the page, If you knew Maria, you knew her heart was big, her imagination endless, and her presence unforgettable. She loved to travel and experience the world, but more than anything, she loved the people in her life. she touched countless hearts, and her impact will be carried on by those who knew and loved her.

She is Survived by her loving husband, Michael. her daughter, Sarah, her son-in-law, Roy, and her cherished grandchildren, Abi and Tobi. She is also survived by her brother, Alex, her Sister, Grace, and her nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is proceeded in death by her mother, Annabel, her father, Eduardo, her sister Melanie, her baby nephew Lucas, and her beloved fur babies, Fluffy, Maddy, Taffy, Midnight, and Don Gato.

A celebration of Life will beheld on April 4th, 2026.
