Judy Heer Layne

1943 ~ 2018 Judy was born October 6, 1943 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Andrew De Heer Jr. and Florean Bunot. She married Bill Layne October 12, 1963 in Morgan, Utah. They were sealed for time and all eternity February 28, 1998 in the Ogden, Utah LDS temple. They raised one daughter, Kelly Sue. Kelly was Judy's pride and joy, she loved her dearly.
Judy retired from the D.D.O. in Ogden as a warehouse technician and was very good with the forklift.
She was an active member of the LDS church. Judy served a mission in the member locator center, Relief Society councilor, and door greeter at the church. No one came in without a hug from Judy.
She is survived by her husband Bill, daughter Kelly, 2 brothers, an adopted sister and friend Carma, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents and sister.
There will be a viewing Wednesday August 1, 2018 at 10:00am at the Sienna Hills LDS chapel located at 1500 Ridge View Drive in Washington, Ut. The funeral services will be at 11:00am.
