Janice married her Heart and Soul Mate, Alan Heywood on December 13, 1969.
Janice is survived by her husband; son, Randy (Donna); two daughters: Trishalana and Amber; brother, Craig (Teresa), two grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded and reunited in death with her parents, one brother and two sisters.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
