1959~2018 Janice Jean Carlston, 59 Passed away August 1, 2018 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born April 9 1959 in Prescott, Arizona to Leo and Jean Park; she married Enrique Acosta-Vazquez on December 10, 1996.
She is survived by her Husband, Rick, children Jean Marie, Gregg Luis, Enrique Juan and grandchildren Chelsea, Kylie and Yarettzy.
She was preceded in death by Parents Leo and Jean, Brothers David and Mark.
A viewing will be held Saturday August 11 2018 at the Panguitch 1st Ward 550 South 100 West Panguitch, Utah Followed by Graveside services at the Panguitch City Cemetery.
