Irene Renee Vialpando

Irene Renee Vialpando, age 59, passed away on August 28, 2025. She was born on June 28, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah to LeRoy Ernesto Vialpando & Julia Lorenza Franco Vialpando.

Irene liked to knit & play board games especially scrabble. Cooking was her passion, and she could make a meal out of anything. Her Chile Verde, carne asada & egg rolls were among her favorites. Irene loved to dance and was the life of the party. She absolutely loved her time spent with her mother Julia. Whether they were out at yard sales or shopping at the stores, they would be gone all day. But she especially loved their getaway trips to Colorado or New Mexico. Irene loved all her children & her grandchildren were her life and she would do anything for them.

She is survived by her mother Julia Vialpando, Her children Mary Wilson (Philippe), Trinidad Lujan, Isaac Lujan, Amor Gomez & Adam Vialpando (Andrea). 15 grandchildren. 2 great fur-babies Cuddles and Indica. Her favorite niece Adriana Caballero (Felipe). Sisters Hilda Vialpando, Leanne Vialpando, Nancy Vialpando. Many nieces and nephews. Special relatives who helped us tremendously in our time of need Maryann Martinez and Enasita Torres. And many friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her Father LeRoy Vialpando, her padrino Richard Jaramillo. Her uncle Robert Franco. Maternal Grandparents Don Joe Franco, Dona Mary Jaramillo Franco. Paternal Grandparents Don Benjamin Vialpando and Dona Enasita Sanchez. She is reunited with her best friend and prima Monica Meza and bebe Dominique Frome.

Funeral Services will be held on September 5, 2025 with a viewing starting at 11:00 and the funeral service to follow at 2pm. She will be laid to rest at Memorial Redwood Cemetery following the funeral services.
