Gregory S. Salazar, age 65, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on March 16, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on April 4, 1960, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Jose D. Salazar and Dorothy M. Molinar. Gregory married Kristen Howell Salazar on October 9, 2009.

Greg was a loving son, husband, father, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He enjoyed the outdoors, was a devoted fan of the Denver Broncos, and cherished time spent with his family. Greg had a big heart and cared deeply about others. His children were his greatest joy and always came first in his life.

Greg is survived by his wife, Kristen; his daughters, Tiffany (UaTae), Katie, McKenzie, and Breanna (Ruben); his son, Joshua (Aldo); his brothers, Pete (Diane) Delo and Jeff (Barbara); and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jose D. Salazar; his mother, Dorothy M. Molinar; his brother, Anthony Salazar; and his grandson, Isaiah.

Family and friends may visit at a viewing on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 12:30PM to 1:30 PM at Affordable Funerals and Cremations: 4387 South 500 West, Murray, Utah 84123. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Memorial Redwood Cemetery: 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah, 84084.
