He was married to Eva Lynn Stokes of Cedar City Utah on January 17th 1970 and sealed in the Saint George Utah temple on January 23rd 1971.
He retired as a Journeyman Carpenter in Las Vegas Nevada He has lived in and loved Ivins Utah since the fall of 1999.

Gerald and Eva are the parents of four sons who they raised in Las Vegas:

As the youngest child and only son of Gerald Leonard Foote and Madge Norton Foote he was a beloved son, sibling. uncle, cousin, father, grandfather and friend to a great many who treasured and will miss this dear man.
His family and friends will be gathering on the 14th of April in Ivins Utah in remembrance of his life and the wonderful memories he instilled in so many. Best regards and wishes are most appreciated.
