He is survived by his children Jared Vazquez, Zaira Vazquez, Karen Vazquez, Jahaziel Vazquez, and eight grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at 12345 South 2700 West, Riverton, UT at 10:30 AM with interment following at the Herriman City Cemetery, 12465 South 6000 West, Herriman, UT.
