Daniel Joseph Hooser passed away April 4, 2019 at Jordan Valley Medical Center in West Valley City, Utah. He was born April 4, 2019 to his loving parents Ryan Hooser and Dana Moksnes.
Daniel was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 (Edwards Syndrome) at 18 weeks gestation; He beat the odds and survived until birth at 37 weeks. Daniel lived to be 5 hours old before saying goodbye to his family. He was a warrior from the start and gave everything he could to meet Mommy, Daddy and his Big brother Christopher. Daniel knew more love in his short time that anyone could hope for in a lifetime.
He is survived by his Mother Dana Moksnes, father Ryan Hooser and Brother Christopher. Grandmothers; Alice and Lisa Grandfathers; Dave, Dennis, and A.J. Uncles; Austin, Jacob, and Sebastian. Aunts; Madison, Laynee and Renee.
Shaun Hooser, Brad Moksnes and Grandpa Blauvett preceded Daniel in death.
